You’ve heard, but it bears repeating, we’re all going to die eventually.
So many things go on in our heads that you may not be aware of, including the rumor your stomach is a teenage entity that loves getting fat.
FOX’s Stacy St. Clair reports in this week’s FOX on Health:
The giddiness of the adolescence changes your stomach to a teenage entity, scoping around for its first sexual experience. Take the hormone mood elevating serotonin. It bounces around all day preparing you for sex, but sometimes, a new diet goes wrong and then we end up with a case of the belly flop – our first pregnancy.
Majestic Belgian adverts have already coined a word for it – self-esteem. Hormones are just a big ball and chain on your gut, but they don’t deserve all the blame.
Exercise can also trigger abdominal bloating because it helps to expand the colon, but you need to make sure you work your abdomen to the max.
